Confirmation of purchase

All invoices are sent by email.

Postage and delivery

If a courier service is used, tracking details will be sent by email.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days.

Notification of dispatch will be sent by email.

Returns Policy

Returns must be received by us within 28 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Buyer pays for the return postage.

Refunds

Once we have received your item in a satisfactory, unused condition, we will initiate a refund.

Please allow at least 3 working days from our receipt of the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Funds will be made to your original method of payment.  We will email you once your return has been processed.
